1-day build day · counts toward OAC-1
Walk in curious.
Walk out a builder.
One day, hands on, on your own business. By 4pm your context is captured, your first tool is running and your follow-ups draft themselves. Built by you, with us at the table.
Be the builder of the future.

the transformation
Before OpsCode. After one day.
- AI is a chat window. You ask one-off questions, get generic answers, and everything is forgotten by tomorrow.
- The ideas for tools your business needs stay ideas. The people who could build them quote months and keep the keys.
- Your best thinking lives in your head and your inbox, where no system can act on it.
- Your business is written down where AI can act on it: how you sell, how you deliver, what good looks like.
- A tool you built yourself is running. Not a demo. Yours, on your laptop, working on your real business.
- You know the next build, and the one after that. The path from here is obvious.
OpsCode articulates where you are now. One day unlocks the builder.
the day, hour by hour
No slides. You build.
Concrete beats abstract, so here is the actual day. Every block happens on your laptop, on your business.
10:00
Doors, coffee, one shared goal
You name the outcome you want from the day. We hold you to it.
10:30
Claude Code + your Context Core
The professional tools running on your laptop, then your real business captured where AI can work on it.
12:00
Working lunch
Provided. The room keeps building between bites.
12:45
Connect your tools
CRM, email, calendar, sheets. AI stops guessing and starts using your real data.
1:45
The build block
You build the tool your business actually needs, with Adam and Jimmy at the table.
3:30
Show and tell + your path from here
Every builder shows what's running. Then the ladder: certification, the next cohort, what to build next.
4:00
You leave with it running
Everything you built is yours. The only ongoing cost is your own AI subscription.

what you leave with
Not notes. Running systems.
Your Context Core, started
Your business as structured files AI can act on. The foundation everything else builds on.
Your first tool, running
A dashboard, a follow-up drafter, a quote builder. Whatever your business needed most, live by 4pm.
Drafts in your voice
Follow-ups and quotes that sound like you on your best day, not like AI.
The method, not just the demo
Save, share, sync. The three moves that keep it growing after you leave.
OAC-1 credit
The day counts toward your first OpsCode certification. The badge is earned by building.
The room
Nineteen other operators building beside you. The referrals and war stories are part of the product.
who's in the room
Built for sales and revenue teams.
Founders, sales leaders and the operators who carry the number. If your week is quotes, follow-ups, pipeline and reporting, this day was designed around your desk. Bringing your top three multiplies everything: one invoice, three builders, and the systems talk to each other from day one.

your hosts
Adam and Jimmy, at the table with you.
Not facilitators at a lectern. The two founders, building beside you the whole day.

Adam Lopez Delon
Built the method running his own businesses. Every system taught on the day runs his company right now.

Jimmy Farquhar
NZ-owned delivery. Went through the method on his own business first, and hasn't looked back.
the path from here
One day starts it. The ladder keeps going.
The build day earns your first OAC-1 credit. From there: the certification ladder, the four-week cohort on your whole business, and one-on-one builds with us at the table. One day you become a builder. Then you keep climbing.
Claude Code running, first real query on your business
The brain built, one tool running without you
Agent loops, your own apps, your own client HQ
A system that makes money, documented end to end
fair questions
Before you book.
I'm not technical. Will I keep up?
Yes. If you can use email, you can do this. Most of the room has never opened a terminal before 10:30am. That's the point of the day.
What do I bring?
Your laptop, your charger and a real problem from your business. We'll tell you the two accounts to set up before the day (about 15 minutes of prep).
What if the date stops working for me?
Free date swap to a future build day, or transfer your seat to a teammate. Reply to any email from us and it's done.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes. The team of 3 comes as one invoice, and we can invoice single seats too. Book the 60-minute discovery call and we'll sort it on the call.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Chat is a one-off conversation that forgets you tomorrow. This day builds your business into files AI acts on every time. That context compounds. Chat scratches the surface; this is the foundation under it.
What happens after the day?
You leave with everything running and the method to keep going. From there: OAC certifications, the four-week cohort, and one-on-one builds if you want us at the table again.
